Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for making our utility customers successful. Utilities are successful when they can control a large amount of residential demand. Through this control, they engage their customers, reduce their operational expense, and find new business models. This requires them to get many devices connected to Virtual Peaker through a bring-your-own program or a central rollout.

The Customer Success Manager will have the following duties: 

  • Be the primary post-sale point of contact for the utility. 
  • Plan a marketing strategy that engages a utility's residential customers using direct email, direct mail, and social media.
  • Execute the marketing strategy. 
  • Coordinate the rollout of a centrally managed program. This includes scheduling with residential contractors. 
  • Oversee utility customer support.

We are not considering remote candidates, and there will not be any relocation benefits. Therefore, we are considering local candidates only. The position is based in Louisville, KY.
